1. Are your products safe enough to store food?

All of our materials, external material HDPE, internal liquefied SAP or CMC, are non-toxic. We have reports from France and Germany, the Singapore Geological Survey Board and the Ministry of Health. The materials are food grade and they are safe enough for food storage.

2. What's your minimum order quantity?

If you can accept our model, the minimum order quantity is usually 3000 pieces.

If you need to create new models for you, it is best to have more than 5000 pieces.

3. Can you make colors from Pantone code?

Of course, we can make your color according to your sample or Pantone code.

It also depends on your quantity.

4. Can you provide free samples?

If you accept our existing model and do not need to print, we can provide you with a free sample.

But you will pay the freight.

5. What's your packing?

Our usual packing is carton. According to your request, we can also provide other packing methods.

6. What is your printed matter?

We can screen print, offset print or place the sticker on the ice box for you. We will choose the right printing method for you according to your design.

7. What are your payment terms?

For the first time, we prefer T/T, or you can choose PayPal if the amount is not very large. Other payment terms, such as D/P, D/A, L/T and Western Union, are also acceptable.
