How to use the student microscope: 1. Take and place the mirror: hold the mirror arm with one hand and hold the mirror base with the other hand. Install the eyepiece and objective lens (delete). Note: the microscope cannot be tilted to prevent the eyepiece from sliding out from the upper end of the lens barrel. Place the microscope barrel forward and the mirror arm backward on the test bench in front of your left shoulder. The rear end of the mirror base should be about 5cm away from the table edge (not the table edge). 2. Light alignment: one eye looks into the eyepiece and adjusts the reflector to make the brightness in the field of view of the eyepiece appropriate (change: make the light pass through the eyepiece until a bright circular field of view is seen in the eyepiece).

3. Adjustment: put the observed specimen on the stage. Note: make the side with cover glass face up, and the part to be observed is located at the right * * of the through-hole, and then clamp it with a pressure clamp. Turn the focusing screw to lower the lens barrel as far as possible. The left eye looks into the eyepiece and rotates the focusing screw counterclockwise to slowly raise the lens barrel until the objective image is clearly seen. 4. Observation and recording: use your left eye to observe in the mirror and your right eye to look at the notebook on the desktop and make records. 5. Restore.
