1. Can have custom designed and made packing box?
We are a custom shop, we design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs
All of our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packing need

2. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders, our minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces, it is recommended for you to order a 20' GP or 40' HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost

3. Can get the sample?
Yes, on some stock items
The nominal shipping charge, however, will apply
Certain items are excluded from our sample program
Samples based on your artwork and packing needs, are available, but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs
The sample making usually takes the week

4. Do you sell any additional products not listed in your online catalog?
We sell over 7000 different types of corrugated shipping or packing supplies and are always adding new items to our website
However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website
If you cannot find the exact packing or shipping product that you are looking for, Email your requests and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry

5. Will you match competitors' prices?
If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a competitor's free offer, rebate, and bonus
