Q1.What details required for a quotation?
Our products almost all customized.
Please offer the specification of the product, such as design sketch,material, size, quantity, surface finishing, etc,
then quotation will given to you in one day.
Q2. What's leads time? And how long can I get samples?
Generally, it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Besides, it usually will take abou 3-7days to make samples.
Q3.What format of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PSD,PDF, CDR,JPG (over 300 dpi), etc.
Q4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We are specialize in production.
But sending us high resolution images, your Logo and text and telling us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q5.What's the trade term ?
Normally FOB. But we can provide you need,such as CIF, L/C etc.
