This activated carbon product is used for the deep purification of drinking water (also called biological activated carbon), and is particularly suitable for the purification of drinking water in water plants using ozone-biological activated carbon technology. It meets the standards of GB/T7701.2-2008 and CJ 345-2010T, and has the relevant qualifications such as "sanitary permit approval" and others.
The product not only has high adsorption capacity, but also takes into account the growth and development of microorganisms. The transition pores of the product have a greater developement than ordinary products, and the surface functional groups of activated carbon are changed, making activated carbon a new type of high-efficiency adsorbent that integrates multiple functions. In addition to adsorbing organic substances dissolved in water, it can also quickly decompose ozone to provide oxygen dissolved in water, and has the function of cultivating nitrifying bacteria and other beneficial microorganism carriers. 
 

1.Due to the selection of anthracite as the main raw material, the water-soluble matter and ash content of the finished product are reduced, and the possibility of secondary pollution to the tap water quality is reduced.

2.Compared with conventional anthracite activated carbon products, it’s proportion of transition pores is adjusted through coal blending. it is easier to absorb larger molecular organic pollutants, and it is easier for microorganisms to multiply and grow.

3.Pay attention to the control of the carbonization process in the processing technology to prevent the generation of ineffective holes in the product, thereby reducing the floating rate of the product and reducing the waste in the backwashing process.

 4.Through the grinding process, the selected raw coal is homogenized, the lattice structure of the coal is destroyed, the isotropy is realized, the product performance is more uniform, and the product hardness is improved. The product has a uniform pore structure, relatively few ineffective pores, and low floating rate, high regeneration rate.
