Product introduction:
Copper is a metal element.Cu symbols.Lavender red.Due to its high ductility, high thermal and electrical conductivity, it is the most commonly used material in cables and electrical and electronic components. It is also used as a building material and can be composed of many kinds of alloys.
The thick plate of crude copper (containing 99% copper) was made in advance as the anode, the thin sheet of pure copper was made as the cathode, and the mixture of sulfuric acid and copper sulfate was used as the electrolyte.After electrification, copper is dissolved into copper ions (Cu) from the anode and moves to the cathode. After reaching the cathode, electrons are obtained and pure copper (also known as electrolytic copper) is precipitated at the cathode.Impurities such as iron and zinc, which are more active than copper, are dissolved along with copper into ions (Zn and Fe).Because these ions are not easy to precipitate compared with copper ions, so as long as the appropriate adjustment of the potential difference in electrolysis can avoid these ions precipitation on the cathode.Less active impurities such as gold and silver are deposited at the bottom of the electrolytic cell.The copper produced in this way, called "electrolytic copper", is of very high quality and can be used to make electrical products.

Usage:

Electrolytic copper is a non-ferrous metal closely related to human beings. It is widely used in electrical, light industry, machinery manufacturing, construction industry, national defense industry and other fields. It is second only to aluminum in the consumption of non-ferrous metal materials in China.

1.Copper is the most widely used and used in the electrical and electronic industry, accounting for more than half of the total consumption.Used for winding of various cables and wires, motors and transformers, switches and printed circuit boards etc.
