Rockwool/Glasswool Sandwich Panel information: 

Rock wool sandwich panel is an artificial inorganic fiber made of basalt through high temperature melting processing. Adding a certain amount of binder, dustproof oil and water repellent into the rock wool fiber, and making products with different densities according to different uses through sedimentation, solidification, cutting and other processes. The lower steel panel is first formed by a press, and then glue is coated on the inner surface of the upper and lower steel panels. Conveying the rock wool strips to an extruder, and extruding the rock wool strips by a machine to form a complete composite panel.

PU Sealing Rock/Glass Wool Sandwich Panel information: 

The polyurethane edge-sealing composite panel is mainly made of rock wool and glass wool. It is made of high-quality color coated steel panel as the surface material, continuous rock wool and glass wool as the core material, and high-density hard foamed polyurethane as the rabbet   filling. After high-pressure foaming and curing, the cotton cloth is automatically compacted and formed and compounded by ultra-long and precise double-coated belts. The polyurethane edge sealing core material and the two steel panels are bonded into a whole and work together.
